RESOLUTION NO, 97 - 29
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF IN r WATE HIGHWAY NO, 494
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Kurt M. Kisch
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following Interstate Highway No. 494
right-of-way:
That part of Interstate Highway No. 494, as dedicated in the plat of WEST
SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS ADDITION according to the recorded plat
thereof, lying southwesterly of Lot 1, Block 1, in said plat, and southerly of the
following described llne:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence
northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of
719.97 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence
southwesterly along the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 4.41 feet
to westerly line of said plat.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to he in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH► MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
June 18, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28, 1997.
