CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO, 97 - 295
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
ALL DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Kurt M. Kisch
on behalf of WestHalth. Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage casements for ponding
Ali easements for ponding purposes as shown on the recorded plat of WEST
SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS ADDITION, Hennepin County, MN.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the sane to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT SEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
June 18, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said !tearing rs provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28, 1997.
