CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 292
APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY WORK CREW PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Park's Department has a backlog of projects that would be delayed or
have diiRcutty in undertaking and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilize the Institution Community Work
Crew Program to complete these backlog tasks and
WHEREAS, this program has been well received by other communities and is available
through the State of Minnesota and
WHEREAS, as adequate funds are available within the 1997 and Proposed 1998-99 Park
Maintenance Budget wd
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract with the Institution Community
Work Crew for services rendered in the amount of $25,600 per year for two years totaling
$51,200.
