RESOLUTION NO, 97 - 281
AM MING RESOLUTION CALLING FOR
EWARING ON DMOVEMENTS
VICKSBURG LANE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7010
WHEREAS, by Resolution 97-231 the Council established a public improvement hearing
for the proposed Vicksburg Lane Reconstruction Projl x; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the date of the public baring as established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the public improvement hearing for the
Vicksburg Lane Reconstruction Project be revised from May 21 to June 4, 1997, and the
Clerk shall give a revised mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements
as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 7, 1997.
