VACATING PART OF A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
LOT Z, BLOCK 19 PLYMOUTH OAKS ADD. TION
VIEMREAS, the Cit; Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easement and drainage emement for ponding, Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Oaks
Addition by Resolution No. 97- 274 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IuHA NOTA: That said resoludon shall not be
