ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAWAGE AND trr1L1TY EASEMENTS
LOT 2, BLACK 1, PLYMOUTH HU 1 67" ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Lloyd Pow on
behalf of Carlson Real Esme Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easemems:
That part of the drainage and utility easement area, 20.00 feet wide, over, under
and across the south 20.00 fat of Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Hills & Additir
as said easement is delineated on said plat, lying east of the west 10.00 fee' f
said Lot 2 and lying west of the right of way the cul-de-sac of 35° Av..:a
North.
Together with the drainage and utility easement area, 10.00 feet wide, over,
under and across the south 10.00 feet of said Lot 2 lying easterly of the above
described 20.00 loot wide easement area.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and fouad the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of June 41 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 7, 1997.
