ORDERING PUBLIC EWAMG ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
PART OF 35" AVENUE NORTH STRM RIGHT -0F -WAY
LOT 1, BLOCK S, PLYMOUTH HILLS
IAT 29 BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH HU -1 0 ADDITION
WHiaWo purstant to M.S.A. 412.831 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Lloyd Pew on
behalf of Carlson Rea! Estate Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following street right-of-way:
That part of 35• Avenue North as delineated on the plat of Plymouth Hills lying
westerly of . line drawn from the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block S, Plymouth
Hills to the joutheast corner of Lot 2, Block I. Plymouth Hills 6• Addition.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and feud the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, hW4NESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
June 4, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3dM Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May S, 1997.
