RESOLUTION 97-257
APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR INDEPENDANT SCHOOL DISTRICT #284
(WAYZATA) TO ALLOW CONTINUED USE OF A RELOCATABLE CLASSROOM
STRUCTURE AT GREENWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 3635 COUNTY ROAD 101

WHEREAS, Independent School District 0284 has requested approval of an Interim Use Permit
for property legally described on Attachment A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Independent School District #284 for an Interim Use Permit to allow continued use of a
relocatable classroom structu r: at Greenwood Elementary School, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The Interim Use Permit expires three years from the date of this resolution
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per
Ordinance provisions.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation
thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
Adopted by the City Council on May 79 1997.

That part of the south % of the northwest of the southeast yti and of the southwest '/. of the
southeast V4 lying southwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast
comer of said southwest V4 of the southeast'/; thence north along the east line thereof 704 fat to
the point of intersection of said east line with the centerline of Medina Road, said point being the
point of beginning of the fine being described; thence deflecting left 55 degrees 50 minutes along
said centerline a distance of 1400 fat; thence on said centerline along a tangential curve to the
left having a radius of 700 fat to its intersection with the west line of said south half of the
northwest '/. of the southeast y.. and there ending; except the northeasterly 33 fat of said
property; also except that part of said southwest '/. of the southeast y described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of said southwes. In of the southeast'/.; thence north along
the east line thereof 290.67 feet to the point of beginning of the exception being described;
thence continuing north 413.33 feet to the point of intersection of said on line with the
centerline of Medina Road; thence deflecting left 55 degrees 50 minutes along said centerline a
distance of 577.6 feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees a distance of 342 feet; thence deflecting
left to the point of beginning; also except that part of said southwest '/. of the southeast '/.
described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said southwest y of the southeast
'/.; thence north along the east line thereof 704 feet to the point of intersection of said east line
with the centerline of Medina Road; thence deflecting left 55 degrees 50 minutes along said
centerline a distance of 637.6 feet to the point of beginning of the exceptions being described;
thence continuing on la,t-said course along said centerline 330 feet; thence deflecting left 90
