CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97- 249
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS ON PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER PROJECT 541
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Ice Center is under construction, and
WHEREAS, the City's construction manager, Terry Matula, has raconnnended approval of the
following d mge orders, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has renewed said change orders and
recommends their approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 17' RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNUL that
change orders to Imperial Developers in the amount of $12,933 and Dobosnensld and Sons in
the amount of $30,338 are hereby approved.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that payments for work completed are authorised with a
retainage of $3,000.
