REVISING ASSESSMENTS
RESOLUTION NO. % - 577 AND 96 - 578
WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTY
CITY PROJECT NO. 503
SANITARY SEWER AREA AND LATERAL
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 96-577 and 96-578 adopted on October 16, 1996, special
assessments were levied for sanitary sewer area and lateral on the Wayzata High School
property; and
WHEREAS, the high school property is identified as Parcel 07-118-22-13-0002 in the
assessment roll which is part of the resolution; and
WHEREAS, such assessments became payable in January 1997, over a ten year period as
provided for in the resolution; and
WHEREAS, in July 1995, the City and school district entered into an agreement making
provisions for the special assessments. The provisions provided that the school district had the
option of paying such assessments without interest prior to the completion of the construction of
the school project; and
WHEREAS, the school project will be completed October 1,1997; and
WHEREAS, the resolution adopting the assessments in 1996 should be modified to conform
with the agreement between the City and the school district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The payment schedule for the assessments for the Wayzata High School
property, Parcel 07-118-22-13-0002, as adopted by Resolution No. 96-597 and
96-598 is revised to the following:
a) Th^ school district shall have until October 1, 1997, to pay the entire
amount of the assessment to the City without incurring any interest.
b) If such assessment is not paid by October 1, 1997, such assessment shall
be payable in equal annual installaments extending over a period of ten
years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first
Monday in January, 1998, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per
annum from October 1, 1997.
C) All other provisiors of the previous resolutions with regard to adopting
the assessments, payment and certification for payment to the County
shall remain the stone.
Adopted by the City Council on April 16, 1997.

Ming: A meeting of the City Council of The City of Plymouth was held
on the 16th day of April, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. at the Plymouth City
Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota.
Members present: Mayor Tierney; Cotmcilmembers Bildsoe. Black. Johnson,
Preus, Spigner, and Mold.
Members absent: None.
Documents: Resolution No 97 -234 Authorizing the issuance of its City of
Plymouth, Minnesota Variable Rate Demand Industrial
Development Revenue Bonds (Woodland Village investments
Limited PaMUship Project) Series 1997 and authorizing the
execution of an Indenture of Trust, Loan Agreement and related
documents.

i, Laurie Ahrens, the City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, do hereby certify the
following:
Attached hereto is a true rand correct copy of a resolution on file and of record in the
offices of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, which resolution was adopted by the Plymouth City
Council, at the meeting referred to above. Said meeting was a regular meeting of the Plymouth
City Council, was open to the public, and was held at the time at which meetings of the City
Council are regularly held. Member PreMus moved the adoption of the attached resolution.
The motion for adoption of the attached resolution was seconded by Member Bl�• A vote
being taken on the motion, the following voted in favor• of the resolution:
Mayor Tierney; Councilmembers Black, JOluLion, Preus, Spigner. and 11old.
and the following voted against the resolution:
Councilmember Bildsoe abstained.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The attached
resolution is in bill force and effect and no action has been taken by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota which would in any way alter or amend the attached resolution.
