RESOLUTION N0.97. 232
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF
COWFIJ 'ION FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTHS PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA AND
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth required Prudential Insurance Company of America and
West Suburban Health Campus (Developer) to mdw vari.ws improvements and construct
projects at the West &Mrban Health Campus as security for the City acquiring the property
and selling it to the developer; and
WHEREASO the Developer has complied with all of the obligations under the Redevelopment
Agreement and the City of Plymouth no longer requires this guarantee.
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to sign the certificate of completion for the Redevelopment Agreement releasing
and discharging Prudential Insurance Company of America and West Suburban Health Campus
from any further obligations under this agreement.
