APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND ANNAPOLIS LANE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND ANNAPOLIS LANE WIIDENING
COUNTY PROJECT NUN®ER 9746
HOME DEPOT (9W73)
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a roadway and
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 6 at Anrapolls Lane, Hennepin
County Project No. 9706, Agreement No. PW13-17-97 has been prepared and presented to the
City; and
WHEREAS, the developer of the Home Depot site has previously executed a development
contract with the City, Contract No. %153, guaranteeing payment of all construction
improvements as referenced in Agreement No. PW13-17-97, and mat all other requirements of
this agreement; and
WHEREAS, a letter dated April 4, 19979 has been written to the City Engineer referencing
Construction Cooperative Agreement No. PW13-17-97 agreeing to all other matters required by
the County within this agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement and all things approved as conditioned
therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement Number PW13-17-97, Hennepin County Project No. 9706 and City Project No.
96075.
