ORDERING PUBLIC DARING ON THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEIVlEf FOR PONDING
LOT It BLOCK 2
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 4= ADDITION
WHFRFAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Miles Lindberg
on behalf of Frauenshuh Companies has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage easement for ponding:
The drainage easement for ponding in Lot 1, Block 2, Northwest Busioesa
Campos 4• Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated and
dedicated by said plat of Northwest Business Campus 0 Addition
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
May 7, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and plate for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on April 16. 1997.
