FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAUTUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR BMCHVIEW EIMMIENTARY PTO
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Birchview Elementary School PTO for a raffle to be conducted on May 21, 1946.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Oakwood Elementary PTO for an
event at Wayzata Senior High School, 305 Vicksburg Lan North, on May 21,1997. The City
tinrther waives the 30 -day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on April 16. 1997.
