RESOLUTION 97- 219
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE
DRIVING RANGE FACILITY LOCATED AT THE ADULT CORRECTIONAL
FACMI TY,1145 SHENANDOAH LANE NORTH (97020)
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested approval of a Site Plan Amerftm for propuly
legally described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 49 Section 28. Township 118, Range 22 end of Government Lot
1, Section 33, Township 118, Range 22 lying soutimly of the soler line of CSAH 6; westerly
of the center lime of Shenandoah Lane and northerly of the railroad right-of-way, except roads
in Property I.D. number 33-118.22-22-J00-. Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Connission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Meeting and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hennepin County for a Site Plan Amendment subject to the following conditions:
1. The Site Phu Amendment approves 1) repositioning of the driving range building
mgXy 43 fat east and ten feet north of the previously approved location, and 2) 20
additional pulsing spaces to he locoed north of the previously approved internal drive
aisle, in accordan a with the plans and application received by the City on February
27, 1997, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Except for the two site changes explicitly addressed in Item •11 of this resolution,
compliance shall be met with all the con itions of Resolution 116404, approving the
original Site Plan. Conditional Use Permit and Varian:es for this facility.
3. Standard Conditions:
A. Comi iknce with the City Engineer's Memoranuam.
B. Any subsequent phases or expansiuns are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Urdiauue provisions.
C. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants, &e
lanes. fire suppression and fire lane signage.
D. Approved signage/markinbs shall be utilized to indicate the one-way traffic
now.
E. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
