FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SCH IIDT LAKE ROAD AND WEST OF 1.494 (97003). WHEREAS, Hoyt Properties, Inc. has requested reclassification of the land use guiding from C (Commercial) to I -P (Planned Industrial) for a 4.9 -acre property located north of Schmidt Lake Ro"d amd weal of 1-494, known as Lot 2, Block 1. Plymouth Technology Park. WH] REAS. the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and rinds approval; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESO',VBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hoyt Properties Inc. for reclassification of the land use guiding Som C (Commercial) to I -P (Planned Industrial) few a 4.9 -acre property located north of Schmidt Lake Road vA west of 1-494, known as Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Technology Park, basal on the following findings: 1. The site meets the location crtteria for both tbo C and I -P guiding. 7 Oppa .aides currently exist for adequate neighborhood commercW services for this area. 3. The planning for Northwest Plymouth can provide additional commercial opportunities. FURTHER. approval of the land Use Guido Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
