WHEREAS, the City Council baa autborized the vacation of a perpetual easement
for ut, ''v purposes within pin 07-118-2241.M by Resolution No. 97..-M.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said reailution shall not be
filed until:
The final plat of Conor Meadows Addition is recorded at Hennepin
County.
