APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
SIDCO FOOD COMPANY L.L.C. D/B/A HOLIDAY FOODS, 4445 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Sidco Food Company L.L.C., doing business as Holiday Foods, 4445 Nathan Law; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Sidco Food Company, L.L.C. 4445 Nathan
Lane, for the period through June 30, 1997.
Approved by the City Council on April 2, 1997.
