RESOLUTION NO, 97 -197
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
A PART OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEME1T AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING PURPOSES
LOT 29 BLOCK i - PLYMOUTH OAKS
WIGS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Ain D.
Moulpmery and Theodore J. Smetak have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easement and drainage easement for ponding purposes:
That pat of the drainage and utility easement dedicated on the plat of Plymouth
Oaks, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying within Lot 2, Block 1, said Plymouth
Oalm. described as follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 2; 11--n a northwesterly
along the northeast line of said Lot 2. a distance of 108.65 tat; thence South 45
degrees 14 minutes 19 seconds West, 6.65 feet; to the point of beginning of the
parcel to be described; thence South 45 degrees 14 minutes 19 seconds West,
29.81 feet; theam North 47 degreca 44 minutes 32 seconds West, 29.30 feet;
them North 42 degrees 15 minutes 28 seccods East, 20.72 feet; thence North
80 degrees 55 minutes 03 seconds Bast, 23.02 feet; thence South 19 degrees 17
minutes 00 seconds Bast, 18.74 feet to the pniat of beginning and there
Wiminaft.
AND WHBREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUM, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of May 7, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center. 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
adminissmilve staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on April 2, 1997.
