RESOLUTION NO, 97 - 196
RECEIMG pRELumARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON WROVEMENTS
CIMARRON EAST STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO, 7002
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted Match 19, 1997 a report
has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Cimarron Fast Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, atom sewer, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on April 2, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement o: such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property within the designated Cimarron Bast Street
Reconstruction Project area for all or a purtion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of 569080.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement an the
7th day of May, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shat
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements
as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on April 2, 1997.
