ORDE11UNG ADVERTb4EMENT FOR BIDS
1997 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

aiHffiMAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on Match S, 1997 the City
Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Harbor Lane
from 34" Avenue to Fembrook Lae by subgnde correction, partial reconstruction,

and repair of comae sub and gutter, and has presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval;
1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are on file in the City
Engineer's office and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Cleric shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper sad in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the malting of such Improvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be publisbed twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on May S, 1997 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Hadley Lake Conference Room of the Plymouth
City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota, by the City Manger and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certlfieA check payable to the City
Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
Adopted by the City Council on April 2, 1997.
