APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO, 3
PEONY LANE - STREET AND BRIDGE IMPROVEWNTS
CITY PROJECT NO, SO2
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor for drying of stockpiled common
excavation, expansion couplings for the bridge, and signal system revisions;
and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for P any Lane - Street and Bridge Improvements, City
Project No. 502, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 3 for Peony Lane - Street
and Bridge Improvements, City Project No. 502, by adding $116A54.05 is approved:
