CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-188
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS ON PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER PROJECT NO. 541
WHEREAS, the Plymouth ice center is under construction. and
WHEREAS. the City's construction manager. Terry Matulas has recommended approval of the
following change orders. and
WHEREAS. the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said change orders and
recommends their approval.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE ff RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNaL that
change orders with Weatherproof Systems. Inc.. in the amount of $4.240; and Spancrete
Midwest in the deduct amoum of $3,574 and Change Order No. 2 with Northland Concrete.
an increase of 5.44.464, are hereby approved.
