CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-187
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
11NSURANCE FOR THE 199710% IIsi WANCE PROGRAM
W ZREAS. the City desires to purchase lmrance coverage for potential liability tad
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposal for the necessary insurance coverage;
and
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insuranx Trutt for $183.632 for coverages and limitations set forth in the Risk
Management Coordinator's memo dated March 25. 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MUMESOTA, that the City Council award the
contract for all insurance coverage's as outlined in the Risk Management Coordinator's
mtenoo to the Lague of Minnesota Cities Insumm a Trust for $193.632.
Adopted by the City Council on April 2. 1997.
