TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL. FUND TO OP'rICON SEMAPHORE
CONTROL SYSTEMS ACCOUNT
WHERRAS, Ands are required to purchase Opticon Semaphore Control Systems for xa
Public Saf y vehicles and L"hy semaphore; and
WHBRSAS, the General Fuad bas Nods available to assist with paying for these expeaditu m;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the rec:omum dation from the Finance Director to
transfer $269000 from the General Fund to the Opticon Semaphore Control Systems accowt to
assist with these expenditures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CM OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
tram&r $26,000 gom the General Fund to the Opticon Semaphore Control Systems account
for paying these expenditures. Further, that the transfer is to be made effective December 319
1996 for the 19% accounting year.
