RESOLUTION NO, 97 -177
APPROVING PLANS AND ►�PECIFiCATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMZNT FOR BIDS
THE R10ABILITATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE PLYMOUTH
WI ROLINB PARR -AND -RIDE FACILITY AT THE
FOUR SEASONS MALL SHOPPING CENTER
WHERERS, plant and specifications have been prepared by LSA Design, Inc. for the
rehabilitation and enhancement of the park-and-ride facility at the Fair Seasons MW
Shopping Cerner by expansion, repavial, mstrift, Wstallhnl lilhtinl, instailhrl
telephone, aheltsr impro%tements and installation of engine plug -inn, and said plans and
specifications have boon presented to the Council for approval; and
NOW, TKEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESt. ta'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MURMOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications referenced hereto and on file in the office
of the Transit Administrator are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cavae to be inserted in the official
papa an advertisement: for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved phos and specifications. The advertisement shall
be published twice, it shall specify the work to be done, it shall state
that the bads will be received by the City until 10:00 a.m. on April 4,
1997, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Cemor building at 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth. Mirmesot.• by the City's Transit Administrator
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable
to the City Clerk for S % of the amount of such bid.
