RBMVWG PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPAR4TION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
CIMARRON EAST ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 7002
WHEREAS, a petition has bar received requesting the City for reconstruction,
maintenance and repair of the private streets and aeoepmnce of the private atnew by the
City into the City she Pt system for In Cimarron East Addition; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such project will be assessed for all or a portion of
the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as am:rnded);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M]MMOTA: That the proposed improvements in
Cimarron East Addition be vfenred to the City Engineer for study and that the
engineers be instructed to re rot to the City Council with all convenient speed by
advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with
none; other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as
recommwded.
