REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
QUAM HOLLOW ADDITION 03130
WHMMAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 11, 1994, Contractor Property
Davelopen Company, developer of Quail Hollow Addition (93134), has agreed to install certain
improvemab for said development; and
WHBitEAS, tha dmvloper has completed a portion of the stmd, utility and site grading as noted below;

WHEREAS, the daycloper has reque ad a reduction of the required Enancial guarantee to inflect the
