HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-173• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION N0.97 -173 HIGHWAY SS AND 1-494 WESTIEAST RAMPS TRAFFIC SIGNAL BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To provide maintenance and electrical energy for the revised traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and shping on Trunk Highway No. 494 East and West ramps at Think Highway No. SS in accordance with the tams and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 75802M. a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assunc for and on behail of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. FURTHER, that the City has no responsibility for operation and maintenance of the signal system or construction costs. Adopted by the City Council on March 19, 1997.
