RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINIZRING REPORT
ORDER PLANS AND SPEC"IFIrATiONS

EAST OF PEONY LANE ADJACENT TO
CONOR MLADOWS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO, 7W
WHEREAS, the City has taceived a Preliminary i+ngineering Report for Schmidt Laim
Road, east of Peony Lane, adjacent to Conor Meadows; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by SRF ConsulsIng
Group, Inc. and presented to the City Council at then March 19, 1997 Council
meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CPPY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. SRF Consulting Grasp, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare
plans and specfficaduns for the Schmidt Lade Rosi smprovemwu in
accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report.
