ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
A PART OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY BASF.M NT AND
DRAINAGE EASEM M FOR PONDING PURPOSES
LOT 49 BLOCK 2 - SEVEN PONDS FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREASs pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831 and the City Charter Secdw 12.06, Wayne A.
Evenson has petitioned the Cid Council for the vandon of a put of the following drainage
and utility easement and drainage easement for ponding purposes:
Description of porton of draimge and utility easement now located on Lot 4.
Block 2. Seven Ponds Fourth Addition to be vacated:
That put of Lot 4. Block 2. Seven Ponds Fourth Addition, described as follows:
Commencing at the aowbeast corner vt lett 4; fl, nce In a fly
direction a distance of 82 tort to an iron monument looted on the northeast
boundary line of said Lot 4, which is the point of beginning of the parcel to be
described; thence continuing 19 text in a northwesterly direction along the
northeast boundary line of Lot 4 to a point; thence in a aatthwesterly direction
to an iron motumemt on the southwesterly boundary line of Lot 4 which is 117.0
fat northwest of the suutltwest corner of said Lot 4; thence northeasterly to the
point of beginning; excepting therehom an ares teat (10) fat in width
Immediately adjacent to std southwesterly of the northeasterly boundary liar of
Lot 4 and an ares six (6) tat in width immediately adjacent to and northeasterly
of the southwest boundary line of sad Lot 4s scowdmg to the pial on file or of

AND WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed said request and fisted the same to be in
order;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. bUNNBSOTA: That it d=M. and hereby does. establish the date of
April 16. 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Plymouth City Center. 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard. as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publbh notice of said hearing as provided by law.
