RESOLUTION 97 -169
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SANDRA VROOMAN, FOR
SASSY'S CAFA LOCATED AT 1115 VICKSBURG LANE NORTH (97014)
WHEREAS, Sandra Vrooman has requested a Conditional Use Permit to Wow
operation of Sassy's CaN. a 1,500 square foot restaurant on property legally described
as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Gleason Trail, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly Called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
the request by Sandra Vrooman for a Conditional Use Permit, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit is for a 1,500 square foe restaurant at 1115 Vicksburg
Lane North.
2. The storage, preparation, and serving of food items are subject to the approval of
the Zoning Administrator who shall provide specific written sanitary requirements
based upon the applicable State and County regulations.
3. Standard Conditions:
A. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
B. Any subsequent phases or expansions aro subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
C. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
D. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, ,less the
property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the
project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval
from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as
regulated under Section 21015.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
