ADOPTING ASSMSMENTS
1996 WEED ERADICATION AND DESI'RUCTIONo ROLL 2
pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has ma and heard
pon all objections to the proposed asst for 1996 Weed Faadication and Destruction,
es as provided by the City Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it

and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein and each um of
cin included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the assessment levied

msments shall be payable over a period of one year.
rmts may be paid in Hill to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by April 4, 1997 without
al charge. After April 4, 1997 daily interest charge based on an annus' rate of 8.00%
on March 6, 1997 well be due in addition to the levied assessment. The last date a payment
lomepted by the City of Perth is November 30. 1997. After that date interest shall be '
nm the date of this resolution until December 31. 1998 and payment can only be made to
in Camey whir the 1998 property taxes.
rk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Finance
• to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such assessments shall be collected
I over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
