RESOLUTION NO. 97-161
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
1996 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL 1
WIC9 pur3uaat to proper note duly given as required by law, the Coma has met and
heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed asses for 1996 Removal and
Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 charges as provided by the City Ordinances and has
amended such proposed assessment as it deems just;

L Such Proposed asses, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein
and each tract of land herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of
the assessment levied against it.
2. -Such asses shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in ftmll to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by April 4,
1997 without additional charge. After April 4, 1997 daily interest charge based on an
annual rate of 8.00% starting on March 69 1997 will be due in addition to the levied
assessment. The last date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is
November 30, 1997. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this
resolution until December 31, 1998 and payment can only be made to Hennepin Coungr
with the 1998 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certifted duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such assessments
shall be c0lected and paid over the same manner as other mu-ticipal taxes.
3. Thr total cost of the 1996 Removal and Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 charges
assessed by this resolution are $3,041.71.
