ORDERING EMMOVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1997 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO, 7001
W MEAS, Resolution No. 97-81 of the City Council adopted the Sth day of
February, 19979 fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to
certain streets in Maintenc= Distrlct:
• Maintenance District 23: 3Y' Avenue from Plymouth Boulevkad to
Juneau Lase, 31" Avenue from Niagara Lane to Juneau Lane, Juneau
Lee from 31" Avenue to 32r Avenue, Niagara Lane Poon 31"
Avenue to the cul-de-sac north of 32'' Avenue, Minnesota Lane from
320' Avenue to the cul-de-sac north of 3V Avenue, Lnewood Loa
from 321 Avenue to the cul-de-sac north of 32" Avenue, and i h*w
Lana ftom 34• Avenue to Fembrook Lane.
As shown on tit 1995 Pavement Management Update; and
W:49RBAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of atresia by the
in ullr ion of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, dorm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
W.gznAS, Resolution No. 97-81 of the City Council adopted the Sth day of
abtuary, 1947, also =opted the preWninary engineering report which oonclu4W that
the proposed project is faalble, necessuy and cost effective; and
VeMBAS, tan days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the Sth day of
March, 1947, at which time all persons desiring to be hard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon; and
WHBRBAS, ordering this improvement requires a 415 vote of the Council (six votes)
dnoe the prgject has not been petitioned for by the benefiting owners;

1. Only the followiq portion of such hgmvement is hereby culered as
proposed in the Council resohction adopted February S. 1997:
Harbor Lane tbom 34• Avenue to Fembrook Lane.
2. The Plymouth Engineering Deparm= is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepm plans and specifications for the
making of such hnprovement.
