CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97- 154
APPROVING FINAL PLAN FOR PHASE 3 OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK
WHEREAS. the City Council has previously awarded contracts for phase 1 and 2 of the Weal
Medicine Lake Parr improvement project, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission held a public review mating on
February 13. 1997, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission bas forwarded a recommended
plan to the City Council for their review and consideration, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is also recommending approving the per,
NOW, THEREFORE, BL IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
plan for phase 3 of West Medicine Lake Park is hereby approved, and the consulting engineer,
Barton Aschman, is authorized to begin preparation of the final plans and specifications and
final engineering cost estimate with funding for thio work to come from park dedication
account 216-218.
