CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 153
APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF A CLOTHING ALLOWANCE TO
SWORN PEACE OFFICERS WHO ARE NON -REPRESENTED
CITY EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council enters into labor agreements with police officers and
sergeants; and
WHEREAS, the City as part of those contracts provides a uniform allowance; and
WHEREAS, it has been the City's practice to compensate similar groups similarly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Authorize payment of a stun equal to the sum determined by current contract for
sergeants be paid to all non -represented sworn pea a officer employecs,
effective January 1, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council on March 5, 1997.
