RESOLUTION NO. 97- 151
RESOLUTION ..EVOKING THE
31 ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
ISSUED TO HON KONG, INC.
D/B/A GOLDEN CHINA RBSTAUR4W
WHEREAS, the City Council is the Licensing Authority for 32 on -sale liquor licam
within the City of PbWVAL; and
WHEREAS, a 32 on -We liquor licence was issued to Hon Kong, Inc., dlb s Golden
China Restaurank located at 4108 Lancaster Lane for the period July 1, 1996 through July 1,
1997; and
WHEREAS. the City has received official notice frons the Minnesota Department of
Revenue that this license holder hss an outstanding tax liability with thea; and
WHEREAS, under Minnesota Statute 270.72 and/or MAR subd2, the City must evoke
the license within 30 days of the notice of the Department of Revenue until such time as a
Clearnce Certificate is received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution authorizi ft revocation of the
3.2 on -sale liquor lice= to Hon Kong, Inc., dAda Golden China Restaurant, located at 4108
Lancaster Lane in the City of Plymouth.
