RESOLUTION NO. 97- 150
APPROVING 1997 REFORESTATION CONTRACT
MUMEAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1997 Reforestation Program to be
curled out on City owned lands; and
WHEREAS, is accosdan ce with City bid, specifications were proposed sad distributed and bid
proposals were recdved ad opened on February 259 1997 wd
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid speciftdoca, and 3 bids wee received by

NnW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that it should. and hereby doess accept the proposal
of Hutman Tree Farm in the am om of $133,333.00. Further, that Nods in the followit
