CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO, 97 -147
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY MANGER
TO SIGN A QUIT CLAIM MELD REMOVING ACCESS RESTRICTION TO
COUNTY ROAD 61 AND COUNTY ROAD 13 FOR
LOT 1, BLOCS 1, CARLS014 CENTER 14f ° ADDITION
Wi MEAS, a Quit Claim Deed restricting access to Old County Road 61 and Old County
Road 15 was granted to the City of Plymouth, by Carlson Companies and recorded on
April 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, County Road 61 and County Road 15 were vacated and were made part of
Lot 1, Block 1, Carlson Center 14` Addition; and
WIUtBAS, the deed restricting access affects about 113 of Lot 1, Block 1; and
W1EtW, the developer. S.I. Enterprises is requesting the City to remove H.I.'s deed
restriction; and
WHEREAS, B.I. Enterprism will furnish the City with a new Quit Claim Deed restricting
access to Carlson Parkway.
NOW, IHSH WORE, BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOVIH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorised
W sign the Quit Claim Deed releasing access restriction filed April 25. 1983 as Document
No. 1641622
Adopted by the City Council on bfarch S. 1997.
