REDUCIIVG REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
FE MROOK WOODS 3RD ADDITION (9605'71
WHEREAS, in accordance with the devdgmuo contract dated June 27, 19969 Morin B. Anderson
Construction Company, developer of Fambrook Woods 3d Addition (96067). has agreed to install oertain
improvamama for said devdopmeat; and
WlfltWMq the developer baa completed a portion of the stye , utility and site_grading as noted below;
and
WHIBRBAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required thancial guarantee to reflact the
completed work►
NOW, TOR& BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, M[NNBSOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:
That the required financial pa utee for the above items be reduced as deWW above ffiom $61,870 to
$27,929 to reflect the completed work. The required flnancial guarantee may be reduced accordingly.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watemnin, and storm sewer construction is
accepted for continual maintenance as of March 5, 1997 subject to the two year guarantee by the
Developer per Maintenance Bond No. 158 570779.
Adopted by the City Council on March 5, 1997.
