developer of Ban Iain Bstates 3rd Addition (95065). has agreed to install certain impmvemeab for said
development; rad
WHERBAS, the developer bus completed a portion of the street, utility and aite grading as notrd below;
and
wlidMAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;

That the raqubed financial guarantee fbr the above items be reduced as detailed above from $11,063 to
$5,936 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 1738 -995 -DI may be reduced accordingly.
