REDUCING WLIU ED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
TM PONDS AT BASS CRESS ADDITION M1001
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 15, 1994, McHunter Co., LLC.
developer of The Ponds at Baas Creek Addition (93106). baa agreed to install certain improvem ots for
am development; and
WBBRBAS, the daveloper has completed a portion of the street. utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHBRBAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed wort;

PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; teat the financial guarantee requirements are adjusted as follows:
