RESOLUTION No. 2013-364
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LEASE WITH
VERIZON WIRELESS LLC,
TO HAVE COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ON THE WATER TOWER AND GROUND
LOCATED AT 14800 23RD AVE. N. PLYMOUTH, MN, 55447
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the
use of City owned land for wireless telecommunication antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received a request from Verizon Wireless LLC to lease space on
the water tower with limited ground space for communication equipment located at 14800
23rd Ave. N.; and
WHEREAS, an agreement (lease) has been reviewed and approved by the City
Attorney which would allow Verizon Wireless LLC to have communication equipment on the
tower and limited ground equipment at the water tower site located at 14800 23rd Ave. N.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into the agreement with Verizon Wireless LLC to mount communication
equipment on the water tower and limited ground equipment at the water tower site located at
14800 23rd Ave. N.
