APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR A TEMPORARY DAYCARE
CENTER AT CHRIST MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13501 SUNSET TRAIL (97001)
WHEREAS, Christ Memorial Lutheran Church has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
renewal on property legally described as:
That part of cite East 348 fiat of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 34,
Township 118 North, Rsage 22, West of the 51 Principal Meridian, Hennepin County. Minnesota,
lying North of the South 410 feet thereof, and lying South of the centerline of County Road 15.
WHEREAS, the Pl udq Commission has reviewed said :equnst at a duly called Public Hearing and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Christ Memorial
Lutheran Church for a Conditional Use Permit renewal, subject to the following conditions.
1. The temporary building will be removed within three years from the date of this resolution.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals peF Ordinance
provisions.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinaries, and violation thereof shall
be grounds for revocation.
