CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-123
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR
PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT A
CARLSON CENTER IZn ADDITION
WHT�tEASI a petition was received to vacate a drainage easement for ponding purposes in
Outlot A, Carlson Center 12" Addition; and
Vi MBAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
Proposed to be vacated; and
Wi�RBASI a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for February 19,
1997 in accordance will: M. innesotaa Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WIXEtEAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior
to tibe meeting of February 199 1997; and
W110tEAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
W SMAS, the CouncrJ did bold a public hearing on February 19, 1997 to inform any and all
interested p ulies relevant to the vacation of a drainage easement for ponding purposes in
Oudot A. Carlson Center 126 Addition; and
VIT1HW.BAS, it was detemdnW by the City Council that said casement is not needed for public

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT i[TBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, WNNBSOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding
purposes be. vacated:
The drainage easement for ponding pv:poses within Outlot A, Carlson Center
12th Addition, according to the plat on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on February 19, 1997.
