RESOLUTION NO. -122
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO, 97- 121
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT,
ALSO FOR PONDING WITHIN
OUTLOT A, PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easement, also for ponding within Outlot A. Plymouth Oaks Addition by Resolution
No. 97- 121
NOW, TH7-"- ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until:
The final plat of Plymouth Oaks 2' Addition is recorded at Hennepin
County.
Adopted by the City Council on February 19, 194'7.
