CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 121
AUTHORIZING THE VACA=N OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EA13TAENT,
ALSO FOR PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT A, PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate all drainage and utility easement, also for
ponding purposes in Oudot A, Plymouth Oaks Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the
area proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for February 19,
1597 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06;
and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of February 19, 1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on February 19, 1997 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of all drainage and utility easement, also for
ponding purposes in Outlot A. Plymouth Osaka Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement,
also for ponding be vacated:
All of that drainage and utility easement, also for ponding purposes, lying
within Outlot A. which was dedicated on the plat of Plymouth Oaks,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on. February 19, 1997.
