RESOLUTION NO. - 119
REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
HEATHER RUN 4TH ADDITION (95001)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated February 21, 1995, Lundgren Bros,
Construction, Inc., developer of Heather Run 4th Addition (95001), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion o the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THII CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requivinents are reduced as follows:
Street Construction
Sanitary Sewer
Watenmain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Mitigation Pond Construction
Sediment Pond Construction
Stra.t Signs (2 x 200)
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Park and Trail Improvements
Sating Iron Monuments
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts
