RESOLUTION NO. 97 -118
ACCEPT PETITION AND
AUTHORIZE PREPARATION OF
PRELDENARY ENGINEERING REPORT
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD FROM
AST OF PEONY LANE ADJACENT TO
CONOR MEADOWS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO 7005
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition from the owners of the proposed plat Conor
Meadows east of Peony Lara and south of Schmidt Lake Road alignment; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the necessary
improvements including street, drainage, and watermain and their estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 'feat the proposed improvements be reftrred to
SRF Consulting Group, Lac, for study and t hat the engineers be instructed to report to the
City Covuuil with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as
to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and its estimated cost thereof.
FURTHER, that the work be in accordance with the existing Engineering Service
Agreement with the City.
Adopted by the City Council on February 199 1997.
